The site has been brought back the same way it was. I am still the person in charge of the forums, and currently, I am making a Mega Man Legends Flash game. This game is going to be explaining how Mega Man gets out of the area he was in at the end of Mega Man Legends 2. He will go through around 15+ missions (4 of which actually have bosses at the end of them.)before you are able to contact Roll to tell her your location. After you tell her, you will then play as her doing missions to get parts to create a Space Shuttle attachment to the Flutter. Then you will go through a mini game that will, afterwords, lead you to Mega Man. After that you will obtain the final mission to beat the game. The End Bosses are Tiesle Boone, Bon Boone, and Tron Boone. The format of the last battle will be different from the rest of the game.
Further into Gameplay. Mega Man will be able to use 10 different special weapons, and be able to use his Buster Gun (If everything is right, like the system in MML.). The special weapons will seem familiar when in use, but they will have a different appeal. This game will also allow you to remove/put on Mega Man's Helmet after you obtain the helmet. This will also feature the Skate Shoes that Mega Man has in both Legends games.
NOTE: The game is 2D with maps that have not been in either one of the Legend games. However, after the game is done, (trying to) you will be able to explore some of the lands that the games before had to offer.
Currently myself, Fluffy, and Jemaster800 (youtube.) are all working on it. Myself and Fluffy are both editing the sprites for the game to be put in use. Each section of attacks has 4 times that it needs to be edited. This will make the entire process of putting everything in the game go by faster. Jemaster800 is the movie maker for the project. He will be making the cutscenes where Mega Man/Roll will be entering whatever. I do not plan on having too many cutscenes, but it would be nice to actually be able to have them in the game.
More notes on the game:
There are currently 11 Easter Eggs that Fluffy and I will be trying to program into the game itself.
The story is already down and currently I am playing through both Mega Man Legends to get more accurate data about anything that has happened in both games.
So please, if you have Macromedia Flash Pro 8 please help me with this. You will need to prove to me that you know how to use the program correctly and know how to code. If you do not want to code, I could use at least 2 people to help me create the sprites for Mega Man and others. Please comment in this journal if you want to try out for a spot as a Dev. I will reply to you after that.
